As the chief executive officer and co-founder at Vaco Holdings, Brian plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic vision, partnering with leaders from across the business to drive enterprise-wide growth through innovative programs that encourage collaboration across the collective of brands. Together with the leadership team, Brian focuses on fostering a work environment that prioritizes company culture and innovation, recognizing them as cornerstones for success—for Vaco employees, consultants and clients alike.

Brian embarked on his professional journey in the audit division of a Big Four firm, followed by three impactful years in business development roles for an S&P 500 talent solutions and consulting firm. In 2002, Brian co-founded Vaco with an exceptional team of fellow industry leaders.

Brian is not just a leader in business but also a staunch supporter of entrepreneurship. He actively engages in early-stage investing and serves as a mentor to startup CEOs, contributing his insights to the Nashville Capital Network's investment committee.

Beyond the boardroom, Brian is dedicated to making a positive impact, supporting numerous philanthropic organizations. His commitment extends to his role on the board of the Miles for Miles foundation and his chairmanship of the board for the Transperfect Music City Bowl for the 2024-25 term—a testament to his passion for giving back and fostering community growth.

Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
