One of the largest employee review studies in the United States reveals Vaco as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (AUG 11, 2023) – Vaco, a global talent and solutions firm providing consulting, contract and direct-hire services with more than 50 offices around the world, has been named to Newsweek’s ranking of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2023. Vaco received a four out of five-star rating based on the results of an extensive survey that recognized the top 1,000 U.S. companies with more than 1,000 employees across all industries.
The list evaluated companies on eight categories: company image, corporate culture, working environment, work-life balance, training and career progression, compensation and benefits, sustainability awareness and proactive management of a diverse workforce.

Newsweek and market data research firm Plant-A Insights created the list of America’s Greatest Workplaces based on publicly available data, as well as an independent employer survey of more than 61,000 respondents living and working in the United States for companies with 1,000 or more employees. The study collected over 389,000 company reviews where participants were asked questions about corporate culture, work-life balance, sustainability awareness and other topics pertaining to their current employer and other companies they were familiar with.
