SIA Awards Celebrate Top Industry Employers
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – March 9, 2022 – Vaco, a global talent solutions firm, has been named one of 2022’s “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” among staffing firms with more than 500 employees.
The Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards are presented annually by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. The awards recognize employers for their top performance in engaging their employees and creating a workplace conducive to talent development, enjoyment, collaboration and productivity.

The winners, which were announced during the annual Executive Forum North America, represent companies with top scores in each of the Best Staffing Firm award categories. The categories comprise North American firms with 10 to 20 internal employees, firms with 21 to 50 internal employees, firms with 51 to 200 employees, firms with 201-500 employees, and firms with over 501 employees; and Best Staffing Firms to Temp/Contract for. The program also honors Best Staffing Firms to Work For in the UK and Best Staffing Firms to Work For in Ireland. The 2022 Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards were sponsored by Sense.
In recent years, Vaco has announced numerous acquisitions and expansions, including the acquisition in 2019 of MorganFranklin Consulting, a global advisory consulting firm specializing in transformational finance and technology solutions based in the Washington, D.C. area, with regional offices in New York, Atlanta, Raleigh, Nashville, Los Angeles and San Francisco; and the acquisitions of Bay State Search, a Boston-based national talent solutions firm and Alluvion, a Jacksonville, Florida-based national talent solutions firm. Close to 300 firms participated in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, Nebraska-based company. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. In order to gather statistically sound results, participating companies must have reached a minimum level of participation. Companies were ranked in each category according to their overall score. Winners were chosen based entirely on the survey results.
