SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For program includes an online survey of internal employees at each firm that measures six key engagement categories and requires a minimal level of participation to qualify. Winners are selected based on survey results, and organizations are ranked in each category in accordance with their overall score. This year, more than 400 firms sought participation in the program, which was administered by Quantum Workplace.
