Once again, Vaco ranked in all three major categories: Executive Recruiting, Professional Recruiting and Temporary Staffing
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – May 9, 2024 – Vaco, a global professional services firm specializing in consulting, talent solutions and managed services, has been named to Forbes’ 2024 list of America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms. This is the eighth consecutive year Vaco has received the prestigious award, which is the result of an annual independent study by Forbes and the market research firm Statista.
Vaco ranked in all three categories: No. 30 in the professional recruiting category, No. 35 in the temporary staffing category and No. 89 in the executive recruiting category.

The award rankings are a result of a broad survey Forbes and Statista conducted among recruiters, HR or hiring managers and participants who have worked with at least one of the firms. In total, more than 9,300 participants were surveyed. The survey period ran from November 2023 through late January 2024, and the firms that received the highest scores made it onto one or more of the final three lists:
- The executive search list, which includes the top 150 companies that specialize in placing professionals in permanent positions with salaries of more than $100,000;
- The professional search list, which consists of the top 200 companies that place professionals in permanent positions with salaries of less than $100,000; and
- The temporary staffing list, which includes the top 175 companies that focus on matching job candidates with employers for temporary and contract positions.
