Raleigh entrepreneur brings talent development expertise, enhancing Vaco’s strategic capabilities in the region.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – APRIL 22, 2024 – Vaco, a global professional services firm specializing in consulting, talent solutions and managed services, announced today that Jessica Mitsch Homes has been named senior director of sales for Vaco’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. In her role, Mitsch Homes will focus on driving revenue growth in the fast-expanding Raleigh market, leveraging her unique expertise in consultative sales, client development and recruitment.

Prior to Vaco, Mitsch Homes served as the co-founder and chief executive officer of Momentum, a technology talent development firm where she raised $3 million in venture funding. As a pioneer in the coding bootcamp movement, Mitsch Homes created talent transformation courses for professionals looking to advance their careers. She also held leadership roles at The Iron Yard, a technology education company, and roles in talent and human resources at Red Hat, a publicly traded open-source technology company acquired by IBM.
