About Wayne

With over 18 years of experience building, mentoring and leading IT sales and delivery organizations, Wayne works in a client facing role, focused on new business development while managing Vaco’s Dallas office. His goal is to deliver world class consulting, contract and recruitment services to all of Vaco’s clients and enhance the Vaco reputation in the DFW market.

When he’s not at work, he’s thinking about work, but he does his best to relax the mind with early morning workouts, travel and golf.

What do you love best about working at Vaco?

I honestly believe that the culture of Vaco is so unique because we each contribute to it. Combine that with the exceptional leadership that I have had complete trust and faith in for more than a decade. I just love Vaco!
