Tyson Gray is Managing Director of Technology Solutions for Vaco in San Diego. With over a decade of experience in the IT services industry, Tyson is a leader in sales, strategy and management. Tyson’s specialty is growing and rebuilding teams that have achieved revenues of $10 million-plus.

In his current role at Vaco, Tyson delivers innovative, solution-oriented services across artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and cloud implementation to clients that range from local startups to Fortune 500 firms. He has experience with both onshore and offshore service models, and possesses robust expertise in staff augmentation services within the areas of IT, engineering and digital and life sciences.

Tyson is committed to fostering team growth, blending both servant and visionary leadership styles to inspire and guide his team. Prior to Vaco, Tyson served as managing director of U.S. markets for a high-tech consulting organization, an account manager for Apex Systems and a research analyst for CoStar Group.

Tyson earned a bachelor of science degree from California State University at Long Beach. He is active in several industry associations, including the San Diego chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI) and La French Tech San Diego.
