About Tyler

Tyler Hubbs started with BVOH Search & Consulting, now Vaco, in 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in recruiting finance and accounting professionals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Tyler began his career in audit within Deloitte’s San Jose practice after earning his degree in accounting from Santa Clara University. His reputation highlights his approachable nature and unwavering reliability. Notably, Tyler is passionate about investing the necessary time to fully grasp the distinct personalities, needs and objectives involved in the hiring process from all angles. 

Tyler lives in Walnut Creek, California, with his wife and three daughters, Tyler’s celebrity idol is Bobby Flay, and he exhibits his passion for grilling by managing the snack shack at his neighborhood swim club – becoming (locally) famous for their County Burgers. Go Otters!
