Sydney serves as Vaco Memphis’ Division Director of Staffing and Business Development focused on finding specific talent for companies on a temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire basis. When Sydney is not focused on the training and developing of Vaco Memphis’ internal recruiting rockstars, she works with their trusted candidates and consultants to understand their strengths and career goals so she can deliver the right solutions to the clients.

Sydney has a background in marketing strategy & planning, event coordination, HR and talent acquisition both on the agency and corporate side giving her insights to advise clients on talent market trends & strategies, compensation, organizational design and more. A graduate of Mississippi State University and Ole Miss, Sydney is a diehard Mississippi State Bulldog fan. Go Dawgs! A recent graduate of the 2022-2023 Executive Leadership Memphis program, Board Member for the Ole Miss MBA program, she consistently finds ways to be involved in the community and give back. For fun, you should know she is an avid ping pong, darts, cards and just about any game player.
