About Suzanne

Suzanne Baranski is the Managing Partner and Market Leader of Vaco Charlotte. She started her career as a Big4 Auditor before joining Vaco 8 years ago. During her tenure at Vaco, Baranski has served as an Executive Recruiter, Division Director of Accounting and Finance search practice, and named Managing Partner in 2021. The Charlotte office doubled its revenue growth in the first year of Baranski’s leadership.

Baranski also co-founded SHE of Charlotte, a network of influential women leaders pursuing and achieving excellence in business. She also serves as an Advisory Chair for the SEC Professionals Group, a group dedicated to connecting financial reporting professionals for publicly traded companies, and regularly volunteers with NABA, the National Association of Black Accountants.

Outside of the office, you can catch her walking her two Siberian huskies, or sipping cocktails on the patio of local Charlotte hot spots.
