About Sara

Sara joined the Vaco team in 2011 and was hooked by the staffing industry!  She currently leads the Vaco Richmond Staffing team, partnering with companies to provide talent on a temporary or permanent basis.  Sara strives to be a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike; building a network and relationships to last.  Born and raised in the Richmond area, she’s a Randolph-Macon College grad with Accounting & Business/Econ degrees, and deep roots in the area.  Her husband John, a Henrico school teacher, and daughter Annalyse, make her world go ‘round.  In her free time, you will find Sara dining with friends, on a roadtrip with family, kicking up her heels at an outdoor concert, or enjoying a glass of wine on her screen porch.

Every day is an adventure and an opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives.  I couldn’t do it without my team!  The support and camaraderie of Vaco Richmond is truly something special!
