About Nirad

Nirad has over 20 years of global experience in the talent & solutions industry. Before joining Vaco, Nirad worked for some of the largest staffing firms in Canada. Nirad is well-equipped with diverse industry knowledge to execute clients’ needs successfully. He has helped clients at start-ups, large enterprises, and in the public sector build teams with top talent.

As managing partner of Vaco’s Vancouver office, Nirad is responsible for expansion, providing niche solutions and resources to clients, and supporting a team of seasoned industry experts. Nirad and his team provide perspective, plans, and end-to-end solutions to solve client challenges, reduce risk, and increase revenue.

Outside of work, you can find Nirad volunteering for various organizations and learning music. He hosted a South Asian music radio show for over 10 years.
