About Mike

As managing partner of Vaco’s New York office and in overseeing Vaco’s Global Solutions team, Mike is responsible for leading expansion, providing end-to-end solutions for clients, and curating and fostering relationships. He leverages innovative solutions to solve client’s challenges, reduce risk, and increase revenue. Mike’s primary focus is to help identify customer’s pain points and where needed, he engages the appropriate subject matter expert (SME) across Vaco’s 40+ global offices and specialty practices to provide unmatched resources.

Prior to joining Vaco in 2018, Mike held senior business development and leadership roles with two large talent and solutions firms, where he and his teams specialized in consulting services, staff augmentation, executive search, and managed services.

Mike lives in New Jersey with his wife, Carolyn, and two daughters.
