About Michele

Michele Obyc has over 20 years of finance and accounting recruiting experience serving the San Francisco Bay Area market. Her expertise includes partnering with publicly traded, venture-backed and asset management companies across a variety of industries including technology, biotechnology, real estate, private equity and consumer products.  

A co-founding partner of BVOH Search & Consulting, which was launched in 2004 and acquired by Vaco in 2022, Michele loves providing consultative advice to clients on building out their organizations and hiring top talent. She also really enjoys working with candidates and advising them on achieving their career goals. 

Michele grew up in Columbus, Ohio and obtained her bachelor’s in business administration from Ohio University and her CPA while working for Deloitte. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband and two sons.
