About Matt

Matt is the Co-Managing Partner of Vaco Atlanta, where he is both growing the Vaco team and helping to build its technology practice within the market. With more than 15 years of industry experience providing talent solutions and professional services in the areas of accounting, finance and technology, Matt helps clients and trusted consultants in the greater Atlanta area grow their businesses and thrive in their careers.

Prior to joining Vaco, Matt spent nine years at a privately-held professional staffing firm where he most recently served as Market Director, leading the technology and accounting & finance practices. Matt graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelors in Finance and Management. Outside of Vaco, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
