Leslie co-founded BVOH Search & Consulting in 2004, a venture whose journey culminated in its acquisition by Vaco in 2022.

She currently holds the position of Managing Partner for Vaco’s Austin and San Francisco Bay Area offices. In her role, Leslie orchestrates the growth, strategic initiatives and cultural dynamics of these two pivotal markets.  

Leslie holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin in Accounting. Her professional development continued with her obtaining her CPA while working at KPMG. Prior to founding BVOH, she spent seven years in San Francisco with a national recruiting firm.  

Under her leadership, BVOH was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as a Top 100 Women-Owned Business and a Top 100 Fastest Growing Business. Additionally, BVOH was consistently honored by ClearlyRated as a Best of Staffing winner for eight consecutive years. 

Leslie’s passion for recruiting radiates through her dedication to the craft. She inspires the team’s commitment to excellence by placing the interests of candidates and clients first. She champions the notion that success in recruiting can coexist harmoniously with delivering impeccable service and upholding unwavering values, all while cultivating meaningful relationships. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and two dogs in Orinda, California. She demonstrates her passion for animal welfare by dedicating her time as a volunteer at a nonprofit animal rescue organization, blending her commitment to service with her personal values.
