She’s a dog lover who loves to discover new restaurants (and wine lists), travel, and make a fool of herself on the dance floor.

What is your role at Vaco, and what do you do?

I’m in business development for our accounting and finance consulting practice. I work with clients to understand their needs and provide resources on an interim or special project basis.

Tell us more about your professional background. What led you to pursue a career at a recruitment company?

I began my career with a Big 4 public accounting firm and obtained my CPA. Vaco gave me the opportunity to shift my career while staying immersed in the accounting world.

What’s the secret to a great interview?

Be confident. Be yourself.

What is something you can do better than anyone else you know? 

Prioritizing and managing my time.

What do you think is unique about the culture at Vaco compared to other staffing agencies?

We embrace individuality, collaboration, and personal growth.

We know Vaco is your dream job, but if you could do another job for just one day, what would it be? 

I’d be a meteorologist at a local news station. I’m obsessed with weather.
