Lauren has 17 years of industry and leadership experience. Her passion for building relationships and helping companies achieve their initiatives and goals is unmatched.

Lauren works directly with CEOs, CFOs, and Technology Executives to meet their needs on a consulting, project, and direct-hire basis. She loves being a trusted resource for clients and considers it an honor to partner with them to meet their business needs.

Prior to joining Vaco, Lauren spent nearly 15 years with a privately held staffing firm focused on accounting and finance placements where she lead and managed the top performing team in the company, and was the number one performer for many years.

In her free time, Lauren keeps busy with her husband Todd, mainly being a chauffeur for her two children’s numerous activities, and her sweet dog who is the best behaved one of the bunch!

What is the most rewarding part about your job?

I love being able to solve problems for our clients. When we meet with an organization and they have either a need for a short term solution of needing project or interim staff, or our help to find the right full time team member, or helping with a retained search for a key executive, or when there is a more complex issue when we can bring in more strategic solutions within our consulting firm – I love being able to provide solutions and resources that make an impact with our clients.

What’s the secret to a great interview?

Great interviews, above all else come from someone being well prepared. Knowing the role you are interviewing for, and being able to clearly explain how your skill relate to the position. Also having enthusiasm for the work you do, and showing sincere interest in the organization you are meeting with.

We know Vaco is your dream job, but if you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?

I love to travel – and for one day, I would love to be a travel guide in a warm and exotic location!
