About Kelly

Kelly has over 10 years in recruiting, talent solutions and client development within the Accounting, Finance and Healthcare industries.  She recently graduated from SMU with her EMBA but will always root for her UNT alma mater, Go Eagles!

Prior to Vaco, she developed long-lasting relationships in DFW to build cultures, utilizing her industry expertise to connect candidates with companies. At Vaco, she is a Senior Director on the Dallas Accounting & Finance Direct Hire team. In her free time, she serves on the board for The Bridge Breast Network, pesters 4 angsty teenagers, and spoils her two pups, Harley and Bailey.
