Josh, or JV, is a Director for Vaco’s Accounting & Finance team, specializing in direct-hire and consulting opportunities. After 5 years in public accounting, Josh started his recruiting career in 2015 and joined Vaco in 2016. Leveraging his experiences from public accounting, Josh focuses on building strong relationships by understanding clients’ and candidates’ true pain points and providing value-add solutions.
