As the Senior Partner of Vaco’s New Jersey practice, Jill has been integral to the expansion of Vaco across the state. Jill leads the direct hire division while supporting the growth of Vaco Resources, Vaco Staffing, and Vaco Technology throughout New Jersey. Jill prides herself on being a critical resource and supportive partner to her diverse client base and to the talented candidates she works with. She loves changing lives – one job at a time!
