About Jeff

Jeff Davis has spent the last 10 years in client-facing roles, and he currently leads business development efforts for Vaco’s Accounting and Finance Resources division, placing high-level consultants to support project-based needs for his clients. Jeff found his way into the talent solutions industry indirectly; previously teaching high school and summering as a tour guide in Alaska, Jeff has leveraged his prior experiences into his approach with his clients. He is responsive, organized, consultative and collaborative, and he has translated his passion for lifelong learning into a deep understanding of his clients and their business needs. 

Jeff is an avid golfer, hiker and foodie. He lives in Alameda, California with his long-time partner, Natalie, and their spoiled dog, Murray. Jeff makes frequent trips back to his hometown of Minneapolis to visit his nieces and nephew, and he enjoys traveling abroad as often as he can.
