About Erica

Erica Baker, Managing Director and Partner is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience.  Erica began her consulting career upon moving to San Antonio in 2005. Prior to this time, she worked within the internal audit and financial advisory division of a global professional services firm in Boston, has private industry experience working within the internal audit functions of a Fortune 500 organization and the nation’s largest mutual fund company, and began her career in Big 4 public accounting.

Erica works with companies to understand the business operations and drivers within their CFO and COO organizations in order to successfully support achieving their goals. She is highly solution oriented and enjoys collaborating with business leaders to determine the best approach for their specific need. Her focus is on providing the uncompromising quality, service, and attention that each client deserves.

Outside of work, Erica loves spending time with her husband and two boys – who keep them very active!

I feel so fortunate to be in a role and company that values relationships. I love working beside our clients to figure out solutions and help them succeed. This coupled with providing our consultants with a career that they’re passionate about makes for an unbelievably rewarding job!
