About Dorian

Dorian DiAnni specializes in connecting the San Francisco Bay Area’s top companies with stellar finance and accounting talent. Dorian first joined BVOH Search & Consulting in 2007, which was then acquired by Vaco in 2022. His clients range from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 public companies. He has worked within a variety of industries, including software/SaaS, biotechnology, medical device, retail, CPG, asset management and manufacturing. 

When he’s not finding solutions for his clients, Dorian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in Walnut Creek, California. You might also find him on the golf course, at a comedy club or traveling to a new country.

The most rewarding part of my job is helping people solve problems. Whether that means helping someone further their career, finding amazing talent for their teams, or simply offering advice. 

• What’s the secret to a great interview? 

The secret to a good interview (or really any meeting) is listening. Asking good questions and actively listening, then asking more questions and listening again. It’s the only way to understand how to help a person find a solution.
