About Don

Don Zuhlke is a senior leader with over 20 years’ experience. As a strategic leader, he focuses on building teams, divisions, and companies that serve their clients with hiring and consulting solutions. Prior to joining Vaco’s leadership team in Atlanta, Don served as the VP of National Recruiting and Market Director (F&A) of Atlanta for a national firm. At Vaco, he will leverage his leadership and operational expertise to help continue to meet the market demands for executive search, permanent placement, contract, contract to hire, and consulting services in the Finance & Accounting, IT, and Operations areas. On a personal note, Don has dedicated many years as a community coach in a variety of sports. He also officiated college and high school basketball, which he currently serves on the local Board.  During his free time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family. Don lives in Johns Creek with his wife and two children.
