About Connie

Connie Guo specializes in business development and leads a team of San Francisco-based consulting recruiters. A chartered accountant by trade, Connie started her career articling with PwC in Vancouver and later moved to San Francisco with the EY Advisory Practice. Prior to transitioning into client services and business development, Connie worked in financial services and banking at First Republic Bank. Since then, she has worked with a range of clients – from start-ups to large enterprises, in both the private and public sectors.  

A mindfulness best practice Connie is passionate about applying every day in all of her interactions is the act of being present, as she believes it is the best gift you can give someone. One of the things she loves about leadership is the opportunity to learn and win as a team and leading through adversity. There are no drawbacks to a challenging situation, they are just a chance to grow, learn and become better.
