About Clif

As Vaco Louisville’s Managing Partner, Clif oversees the Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky team and its day-to-day operations. With more than 20 year of talent solutions and team building experience, Clif is passionate about leveraging relationships to help client partners, candidates and consultants grow their businesses and thrive in the careers.  Clif co-founded and launched Vaco Louisville in 2013 to build out Louisville’s and subsequently Lexington’s practice and operate as a true extensive of client businesses to provide best in class talent solutions on a temporary, project or direct hire basis.  Clif’s expertise is working with finance and accounting professionals, with additional experience in human resources, IT, and supply chain management.

His experience ranges from supporting start-up clients, mid-sized high growth, and Fortune 100 companies.  Clif has previously held leadership positions with a publicly traded talent solutions firm and international consulting firm.  Clif began his career in public accounting with EY and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Transylvania University. Clif is an active member of Financial Executives International.  He is married to Pam and have two sons, Phillip, and Owen.
