About Bradley

With more than 30 years of recruiting experience, Bradley is one of Vaco’s Strategic Advisory Partners.

Bradley joined Vaco in Nashville, TN, in August 2003 and is proud to be known as Vaco’s first employee. He was responsible for helping launch Nashville’s original Accounting/Finance permanent placement and Staffing divisions.

In 2005, he was promoted to Managing Partner and moved to launch the Vaco Tampa office. To say he built an office from scratch is an understatement because he knew absolutely no one when he moved to the area. Today, Vaco Tampa is one of the top recruiting offices in the Bay area with a team of 25 employees recruiting for permanent placement and consulting services in the areas of Technology, Accounting, Finance, & Staffing.

In 2022, Bradley promoted Kimberly Wacaser to Managing Partner to take over the day-to-day operations for the Tampa office, and in 2023, Bradley was promoted to Strategic Advisory Partner.

Bradley is a proud University of Alabama alum, and he enjoys spending time with his family, working out and screaming “Roll Tide!” at the top of his lungs.
