From enhancing the candidate experience to building lasting relationships with clients, Alisha has built her career around helping others, and she loves working in an industry that allows her to make a positive impact every day.  

Based in Austin, Texas, Alisha holds a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is passionate about traveling, cooking and learning about other cultures. She is fortunate to have traveled to several countries around the world, and she brings back a recipe (or two) to share with each new exploration, as she believes that one of the most unifying human experiences is eating and breaking bread with others. Alisha and her husband hope to instill the value of such experiences in their son with many more adventures together.
