The training will provide an overview of technical aspects of purchase accounting, as well as integration planning activities from a people, process, and technology point of view.

Learning objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Gain an understanding of technical aspects of purchase accounting, including an overview of an 805 analysis and purchase price allocation.
• Gain an understanding of integration planning activities, such as the impact of TSA exit, internal controls, forecasting process, financial reporting, COA mapping, integration of ERPs, and change management.
