The Problem

Focus Search Partners, the retained and interim leadership division of Vaco Holdings, had an established relationship with a mid-market private equity firm. The firm’s semiconductor manufacturing company needed two senior-level accounting and finance consultants. The company was undergoing a transformation—of people, processes, and systems.
