Call Center Customer Service Representatives Wanted to start Immediately!
Local Candidates to Irvine only and only with previous call center experience!
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Answer and process all incoming phoned, e-mailed, mailed and faxed inquiries and requests and make reservations for the public sector.
*Data input to database regarding customer inquiries, contacts, new orders, changes, cancellations, etc., as assigned.
*Analyze and resolve all problem inquiries from the customer, including billing/crediting issues.
*Special projects as assigned.
*Utilizes skill set to schedule client base.
*Assist enterprise accounts with over-the-phone problem-solving and training with respect
*Assist Customer Support Representatives with phone coverage during peak periods.
*Assist Contracts Administration with data input during peak periods.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Able to receive inboound calls and solve problems and issues.
Customer Service function
Resolution of account maintenance issues
Answers overflow calls from Main or other skill groups to maintain service level objectives
Provides real time agent assistance, answering internal help calls from Representatives
Troubleshoots and resolves branch help calls with appropriate business units
Administers control processes, such as account maintenance and increase performance standards.
Performs occasional special project work as assigned
